Terms of service
CraftCart Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 15, 2026
Welcome to CraftCart, available at www.craftcart.us. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. “CraftCart,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating www.craftcart.us.
Please read these terms before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase.
1. Eligibility and Website Use
To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
You agree to provide accurate information and use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website’s security, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software, or misuse another person’s information.
2. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, prices, and availability information. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and packaging may vary. These variations do not excuse delivering a materially different product.
Product features, included accessories, dimensions, and operating instructions are those stated in the applicable listing or supplied documentation. Please review them before purchasing.
3. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you submit your order.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order.
You agree to use an authorized payment method and provide accurate billing information. Payments are subject to verification and approval by the payment provider.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may need to verify payment, availability, or delivery information before accepting and fulfilling it.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a material listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges.
If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to request approval of the corrected price or cancel the affected order and issue a refund. We will not charge a higher price without your consent.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping destinations, charges, and estimated timeframes are provided in our shipping information or at checkout.
Some products may ship directly from third-party fulfillment partners. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. CraftCart remains your point of contact for order assistance.
We will honor applicable shipment commitments. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe—or within the legally required period when no timeframe is stated—we will notify you and provide the cancellation, consent, and refund options required by law.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier or customs delays. These circumstances do not remove your applicable consumer rights.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may be unavailable after processing or shipment.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Please contact us promptly to request cancellation. Cancellation may not be possible after an order enters processing or ships, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on www.craftcart.us. That policy explains eligibility, the 30-day return request window, return shipping responsibilities, and refund processing.
Please obtain return instructions before sending a product back.
7. Product Safety and Proper Use
Follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, care requirements, and operating limits.
For blenders and other electrical products, keep hands and utensils away from moving blades, disconnect power before cleaning where instructed, and keep electrical components away from water unless expressly designed for immersion.
Do not use damaged products or attempt unauthorized modifications. Contact us if you believe a product is unsafe or defective.
Nothing in these terms limits rights relating to defective or unsafe products that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Accounts and Customer Information
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login details and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, unlawful activity, or material violations of these terms. Restrictions do not remove our obligations regarding existing purchases or refunds.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, available on www.craftcart.us, explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. Please review it before submitting information through the website.
10. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Content owned by or licensed to CraftCart—including branding, original text, graphics, and website design—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to share it and that it reflects your honest experience.
You grant CraftCart a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce that content in connection with our store and product marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, or irrelevant content. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or condition customer remedies on a positive review.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use third-party payment, hosting, fulfillment, and other services or link to external websites. External services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Using third-party providers does not remove CraftCart’s responsibilities to customers under applicable law.
13. Website Availability and Warranties
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the extent permitted by law, the website itself is provided “as available.” This provision does not override product descriptions, express warranties, applicable implied warranties, or statutory consumer protections.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CraftCart is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any injury, loss, or consumer remedy for which liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Resolving Concerns
Please contact us first with your order number and a description of the issue so we can attempt to resolve it.
These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to pursue available remedies through a court, regulator, payment provider, or other lawful channel.
16. Applicable Law
Applicable United States federal law and relevant state law govern these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing here requires you to give up protections or legal venues provided by applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Updates apply prospectively. The terms applicable when you place an order will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you otherwise agree.
18. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
